Fees apply to single birth only. The enrollment fee is waived (paid one time per family) for twin and multiple births. Each additional child is $1,200.
Additional fees may be incurred for same day, next day or Saturday delivery of collection kit. We encourage you to obtain your collection kit by the beginning of your third trimester to avoid additional fees.
Additional express medical courier charges may apply in certain circumstances, including unusual geographic locations, a holiday or weekend delivery/pickup, which requires a premium shipment charge.
Storage Fees
